Guests at Hotel Helianthe can take advantage of the daily manager's reception, where they can enjoy complimentary drinks and snacks. The terrace provides a lovely outdoor space to relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding area. Additionally, the hotel has a playground, perfect for families with children, where kids can have fun and parents can unwind.
For dads, it would be great if the hotel had a pool for the kids to enjoy.

We had a fantastic time at Helianthe. The warm welcome from the staff, especially Marie Anne and Cecil, made us feel right at home. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom had a great shower. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the Grotto. The breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the hotel's bar was a great place to relax in the evening. We would definitely stay at Helianthe again.

Stayed at a hotel that had free WiFi, a shared lounge, and a delicious restaurant. Met interesting people at the daily reception. Used the fitness center to prepare for my extreme mountain biking, skydiving, and hiking/biking trail adventures. So much fun!
Trash storage view and no tea service. So disappointing!

The hotel has a central location, making it easy to walk to nearby attractions such as holy sites and the old town. Rooms are comfortable with clean and spacious bathrooms. Staff members are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is tasty and filling with a good variety of foods to choose from. The hotel offers convenient facilities such as a lift and a bar for evening gatherings.
One minor issue to keep in mind is the difficulty of navigating the one-way system for those traveling by car.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and enjoyed the festive decorations. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Really appreciated the location - it was close to the main attraction and shopping area. The food served was delicious and there was a good variety. , enjoyed the live music at the bar.
The lift was too slow, especially at peak times, which made us feel a bit frustrated. There was no hot water at times, so had to take cold showers in the middle of winter.

Convenient location near basilica, clean rooms and friendly staff. Good French breakfast, although no hot dishes. Limited storage in room but comfortable bed. Nice veranda and sounds of flowing water nearby. Would stay again for pilgrimage.

Delicious breakfast with a typical French selection. Clean rooms, although the cleaning service could improve. Conveniently close to the Basilique. Friendly staff who speak English.
Felt almost like at home, no complaints.

The breakfast was top-notch, offering a delicious spread of French delicacies. Despite the minimal cleaning service, the hotel was generally clean and tidy. The short distance to the Basilique was a major advantage. The staff, with the exception of the language barrier, were friendly and accommodating. The family-run atmosphere added a personal touch to the stay.
